How to use:
1. After cleansing, apply daily in place of your moisturizer. Smooth a large pearl-sized amount over your face and neck
2. Massage your skin with delicate circular motions until completely absorbed
3. Can be used day and night.
4. You may possibly feel mild tingling as this is normal and temporary.
5. It can be used both as a night cream and a makeup base.
Do massage for 2 to 3 minutes:-
It works best if you apply the following massage skills to your face with a pearl-sized portion of VITACREME B12 and the results can therefore be felt and seen within 14 days:
1. Look at the photo attached herein and adopt the ensuing massage method step-by-step
2. Apply the cream evenly to your face and neck.
3. Start massage with your fingertips on chin and then circle three times.
4. Put fingertips on chin with your thumbs underneath and then circle three times.
5. Move fingertips towards outward part of your lips and then circle three times.
6. Use both hands with two fingers to circle three times under cheekbones.
7. Use your thumbs to push up on your brow and hold on for three seconds.
8. Move to your temples and then circle each side for three times.
9. Put your fingers at inner corners of your eyes and then circle three times around there.
10. Put your thumbs under cheekbones and fingertips on your forehead and then move your fingers up and down three times.
11. Use two fingers, one in front and the other behind ears, and then move your fingers up and down three times in order to create heat.
12. Put your palms down to finish the massage with firm alternating hand movements across your face and neck.
