I ship my products to such INTERNATIONAL countries as indicated in my listing.
FREE SHIPPING is offered as indicated in my listing. And all sales are final. Please note that I am not responsible for any unfortunate postal loss unless the buyer is willing to take out postal insurance at the time of buying by paying extra US$4.00 to me.
All items will be sent from Asia by international air parcel post.
It normally takes about the following days for the air parcel from Asia to reach the destination city of different countries:
7 - 21 days for the UK,
10 - 21 days for the USA, Canada, Australia, Ireland, Malta, Norway, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Switzerland, Russian Federation and Asian countries,
21 - 30 days for Italy, France, Germany, Austria, Brazil, Chile and other European countries
For other countries not indicated herein, please ask me by email.
In case of URGENT delivery, EMS express service with an extra cost is available upon request.
In case of non-delivery due to one of the following reasons, the buyer is fully held responsible for shipping and handling of re-sending the parcel in question:
1. Buyer's incorrect or incomplete shipping address,
2. Unknown addressee,
3. Buyer's oversight in collecting the parcel at his/her local post office before collection deadline, and
4. Mistake(s) made by buyer's local post office and/or customs office
Return Policy:
I will make exchanges or refunds to you on genuine manufacturing defective products only.
If the product you bought is unfortunately found to be of genuine manufacturing defect upon receipt, you are required to not only inform the seller of this within 48 hours but also return it within 7 days of receipt, failing which your request for exchange or refund will NOT be accepted, regardless of whatever reasons you may have.
Refund will be accepted only for the defective item in case there is no stock of the item in question available.
Returned item(s) must be in original resalable condition with original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
After receiving the returned item from you, I shall issue exchanges or refunds to you accordingly. As a normal practice, the whole process takes about two weeks or longer.
In the event of any disputes, the final decision lies with us.

To avoid any possible subsequent dispute after purchase, particularly in view of the fact the buyer is shopping internationally, it is strongly advisable for the buyer to carefully check through the product description of each listing before buying.
