Q: How do you look for your desired product(s)?
A: You simply input the product keywords or title or category of the desired product in the SEARCH space provided and then click SEARCH icon. Underlined ADVANCED SEARCH icon is also available right behind SEARCH icon.
Q: What does the item "on hold' mean ?
A: If the item is in a state of "On Hold", it means that the item is out of stock for the time being. As soon as we restock it, the "On Hold" status of the item will disappear automatically.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept PayPal as a payment method only !!
Buyers can pay by credit cards, debit cards, eCheck, bank accounts or PayPal balance (whichever is applicable). Payment is required to be made to my PayPal email address within 7 days from date of purchase.
Q: Do you ship internationally? If so, what’s shipping and handling? How long does shipping take by international air parcel post from Hong Kong, China to worldwide countries?
A: I ship my products to the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, and those countries indicated in my listing. FREE SHIPPING is offered as clearly indicated in my listing. As regards delivery speed, it NORMALLY takes about the following days for the air parcel from Hong Kong to reach the destination city of following countries:
5 - 14 days for the USA
7 - 21 days for the UK
10 - 21 days for Australia
14 - 50 days for other countries
In case of postal delay caused by the destination city customs office or post office, it would take about 30 to 45 days for the air parcel to reach the buyer.
In case of URGENT delivery needed, 'EXPRESS DELIVERY' service with an extra cost incurred is readily available upon request.
In case of non-delivery due to one of the following reasons, the buyer is fully held responsible for shipping and handling incurred for re-postage of the item(s) in question:
1. Buyer's incorrect or incomplete shipping address
2. Unknown addressee,
3. Buyer's oversight in collecting the parcel at his/her local
post office concerned before collection deadline,
4. Buyer is unwilling to pay for customs duties (if any) imposed
by the local customs office, and
5. Any mistake made by buyer's local post office or customs
office that is totally beyond seller's control
Customs Duties or Taxes
Q: Do we need to be charged with Customs duties or taxes by our local customs office?
A: As a normal practice, I will declare your parcel as GIFT at a reasonable total value without any formal statement attached if sent by international airmail. This is done in order to help you lower your risk of being charged with customs duties or taxes by your local customs office. Please note that import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost (if any). These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying or bidding.
In principle, all sales are final. Regardless of whatever reasons you may have, I do not accept any request for return of your purchased item.
As a normal practice, I shall make exchange or issue refund to you on genuine manufacturing defective products only.
If the product you bought is unfortunately found to be of genuine manufacturing defect upon receipt, you are required to inform the seller of this problem within 48 hours and then return the defective item within 7 days of receipt, failing which your request for exchange or refund will NOT be accepted, regardless of whatever reasons you may have.
Refund will be accepted only for the defective item in case there is no stock of the item in question available.
As regards any special return request, the product(s) must be returned in original good condition including original packaging as it is received. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
After having received the returned item from you, I shall make exchange or issue refund to you accordingly. As a normal practice, the whole process takes about a week to complete.
